I've just returned from Villa Romana... having dined with a good friend, am in an overall sense of contentment, however, the lasagna was cold, which was promptly corrected (and i got more broccoli to boot!) which led to profuse apologies by Tony II. Later the bill was delivered with a gift card. As it turned out, it was the wrong bill, and not our gift card. After some confusion, the correct bill was delivered along with a promise of our own gift card. We paid, and patiently waited 15 minutes for the gift card, when we finally had to mention it to our waiter, upon which we waited another 10 minutes, to no avail. All in all, good food, slightly retarded wait staff, and a lack of delivery of the goods...
