I don't know the other person who posted a rating, but he/she sure hit the nail on the head. The store has 2 or 3 people running the entrance, but they don't seem to focus on what they are doing. They mostly kept talking and acting immature and non-professional. After I got my name on the 30 min waitlist, others walked past them, cutting in front of me. They did nothing. Yes, they were too busy talking. After all was said and done, I entered with 2 non-functional MiFis, and left 1 hour later with 2 non-functional (I would later learn) MiFi units. I then embarked on a wasted 2 months of phone calls to the Verizon techs and my computer techs. In the end I paid a $124 bill for two devices that didn't work. So, after 3 years of paying every bill on time, and attempting to give Verizon more service, I ate it.
If you should opt for this store be prepared for perhaps the worst service ever. If you are opting for Verizon, good luck. They will get you, either upfront or when you leave them.
