We live in Traverse Mountain and our internet was working very slow for the first couple of weeks we had it, it's been 3 months and our internet is not working!! We called veracity networks and they promised to send their tech guy the next day and we never heard of him neither he showed up! We've called about 15 times and the custumer service people ALWAYS say that they cannot do anything to help us but to write a tiket to "tier II" We called a month ago asking to cancel our contract and they have not done that! Every time qe call they say that they are waiting on billing to cancel it! What kind of company is this? Super expensive, horrible custumer service! Dishonest people!! Is it legal not to cancel your contract? Ahhhhh!!!
