I had the WORST experience here! They did a body wave on my hair, stating it would last at least 6 weeks. It had all but fallen out after 2 so I called to set another appointment and went back in. There were 2 ladies there, including the owner, and it was the rudest encounter I've ever had at a salon. They told me I'd have to pay full price if I wanted it done again, which I thought was outrageous, but more than that, the snotty attitude ruined me from ever going back again. Horrible horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. more

This IS the salon of Tulsa 11/3/2010

The service that was provided to me was beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend Venus for any kind of hair care that is desired. They are a delightful bunch. Heidi is full of creative ideas when I was completely out of them for my hair. Her creative genius turned out to be above what I could have imagined. This is the salon of Tulsa!!!!! more

do good job for the first time but second time not. 8/18/2005

At the first time I had my hair cut here, I was impressed by the new hair style. The Stylist seemed to take her time doing my haircut. Then I set another appointment for the haircut. I was a bit disappointed because the stylist seemed not to take much time like the first time she cut my hair. She just cut my hair real quick probably about 5 minutes so that she could cut the next customers hair. more
