If you get Earl, ask for another waiter. The bus boys were more attentive. They poured our wine when our glasses was empty as Earl walked by without a care in the world. We had to ask another waiter a suggestion who gladly explained the roasted suckling pig and the lamb which is roasted for many hours and vacuum packed for freshness. Earl explained it as duck and lamb. We ended up with a very inexpensive meal because with his unfriendliness we decided not to get what we always get, a martini, a bottle of red wine, 2 appetizers, salad, entree, dessert, after dinner drink and a bottle port wine to share. We ended up only getting a martini, a bottle of wine, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and that's it. We just wanted to get the bill and go. As we were leaving a Manager did ask how was the meal? I started to say great and leave but thought, no, he deserves to know. I explained what happened with Earl, he apologized for Earl while Earl was staring us down in the corner. I gave him my business card and was surprised that a week and a half later, not even a single email as to say, Please try us again or I'm sorry for what happened, come again and we will get you a different server.
What shocked me most, is if he would have looked at my business card, he would have realized I am the Manager of a hotel in Buckhead who refers BLG restaurants exclusively. I guess it ended up in the trash as did our memories of Veni Vidi Vici!!!
Pros: Matthew(Bartender/Wine Sommeiler)
Cons: Earl - The worst waiter ever!!!
