Strives for Excellence & Value!!! (and Achieves It!) 3/15/2012

Venetian Stone Works provides a superior product at a fair price. This company is rock solid when it comes to customer service, communication and finished product. Their in depth, realistic knowledge of the stone industry is second to none. Working with three other stone fabricators locally I know I won't work with another. Anyone not satisfied with their delivery is either out of their mind, impossible to please and unreasonable or BOTH! One thing mentioned to me was ""We make it easy to buy..."" and it's obvious they work hard to achieve that. Their fabrication shop alone is worth visiting and the selection of stone if amazing!!! Definitely worth looking into if you're considering granite countertops. more

Customer service abysmal. product ok install ok price, not bad resolving issues - poor communication to customer - poor communication within venetian - terrible either too busy to follow up or don't care would not use again more

great company to work with 3/23/2011

Venetian was recommended to us by the cabinet rep who has worked with them many times over the years. Although we found the stone we wanted at another importer there was no problem with the transfer to Woodinville to fit and cut the stone. Their template software was fantastic and fun to work with. The measurement and installation crew efficient and nice. The sales rep was easy and enjoyable to work with. A small problem in the stones thickness (not their fault) was corrected without complaint or additional cost. Best of all the kitchen counters look absolutely stunning. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend. more

As a General Contractor of upper end remodels here on the Eastside I need three things to be consistent with my suppliers: 1. Incredible Craftsmanship 2. Excellent Customer Service 3.
