I've been wearing Varda shoes for years. They're super-stylish but not super-trendy, handmade shoes ... the kind that just aren't available anymore. I have classic pumps in a few colors, two styles of peep toes, some winter shoe/booties, one pair of sling-back, french-looking pumps. They wear well, are SO classic that I keep going back to them long after I've tossed loads of others, and I can't recommend their beautiful, handmade quality highly enough.
