Pornographic packaging next to children's toys. We had traveled a considerable distance with my wife and daughters to ValueCraft; I was looking to make a large purchase for this type of store (over $500). My wife was concerned that next to the children's Thomas the tank-engine products, there was a model car sponsored by “Playboy”, while the car itself was fine the packaging with a nude woman was plain for all to see in the glass display. I can't reconcile pornography being on open display in a family orientated store. Having first spoken to a young sales assistant, an older man introduced as the owner appeared. He wouldn't listen, didn't recognize any concern, his attitude was rude and he just walked away mid-sentence. The obvious correction was to re-dress the display so the product could be seen without the pornographic naked woman's picture and even ensure the Playboy Bunny logo was visible.
Recommendation..learn some good manners and customer service sir! Customers have a choice, we exercised ours by driving to another hobby store further south on I-15 and purchased there
