This computer company is a scam. I bought a computer from them in 2008 and had to turn it in to get fixed every semester. The owner (who is also one of the only technicians) often takes at least 3 weeks to fix a simple problem. He even tells you that your computer is ready, and when you go to pick it up, it is not there. Most recently he gave me an "equivalent" replacement computer (a used $400 computer vs. the $2700 I paid for my tablet) that had another person's information still on it! But he packaged it up like new and never mentioned it had been used before. This company is careless, never answers phone calls, and simply is not worth anyone's time.
