I called this company inquiring about one of the cars listed on their site. The salesperson I spoke with, Chris, was nice enough but his sales manager was not. Did I speak with the sales manager? No, he was sitting close enough to Chris that I could hear everything he was saying! I asked Chris if during a test drive I could take the car to have pre-purchase inspection done at a nearby garage. A simple request when buying a car with over 140,000 miles on it and one most dealers have no problem with. When Chris asked his manager if that would be possible I could hear his sales manager sarcastically saying that this guy was probably going to dump it at the garage. Maybe that happens to these guys a lot but no customer wants to be treated as if they are a criminal or a deadbeat. Chris at this point came back on the line and politely informed me of his bosses decision. At this point I asked Chris if we could negotiate the price of the vehicle. I offered a price $400 dollars below their asking price but still within Kelley Blue Books fair market value. Chris ""left"" to ask his sales manager. Again I could hear the conversation. After listening to some ugly comments Chris came back on the line. He resumed his sales pitch but I stopped him and said to forget it. I did not appreciate the managers tone. \r \r Behind closed doors a salesperson is free to say anything they like about a customer. These guys were not smart enough to do that. more

I am a single mother who was looking for a car. We saw one online from this particular dealership. We called several times in a duration of one hour to make sure the car was there and brought all the necessary paperwork. Seeing as how I am working like the majority of society I wanted all my ducks in a row. So we unloaded my car because I work in construction, so I could fit my kids in with us when we go to pick up our ""new"" car. We get there and its sprinkling, my boyfriend runs inside to let them know we are here to look at and possible buy this car. I see him come back outside not in a nice way. I proceed to get out of the car and find out what is going on. Well as the man is yelling and cursing at us to leave in front of my children whom are in the car watching. A older man (wont even call him gentlemen because that would imply that he has manners) with a Hawaii shirt on comes up to us asking what's wrong. Then HE proceeds to get irate stating he just sent this particular car off to auction. Allegedly this is the ""owner"" of the business whom after stating we just drove an hour in the rain with kids in the car to come see this particular car that we called several times to make sure it was there. He then proceeds to get even more irate at both of us all the while my 7 and 10 year old are in the car (he knows this because I told him) Well he gets in my boyfriends face, claps his hands begging for him to hit him all the while it is sprinkling. He curses follows my boyfriend to my car all the while he is screaming like a lunatic. We both honestly felt they were all under the influence of hard drugs. Well the verbal altercation ended there, we left . My oldest asked ""mommy what was wrong with that man?"" After explain to him what he just saw we made it home. I would not do business with these people, they are completely unprofessional, immature, inconsiderate and as my 7 year old would say they need HELP! So I am posting to HELP other people from being used by this sorry excuse for a car dealership. The ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I HAVE TO RATE TO POST! more

sorry i didn't want to write my review again so i copy and paste it from my goggle one......... I don't typically write reviews on companies good or bad but my honest opinion is usa auto brokers is getting some what of a bad rap yes the way they conduct business is a little unorthodox I will give you that and yes there cars do need work but what do you expect at a car starter 10,000 and under me personally I would not spend under 20,000 dollars for a vehicle but on the other hand my sister need a vehicle her credit how can I say it not up to par we took her to a lot of different car dealerships they kept giving us the runaround finally we contacted usa auto brokers on the phone and the vehicle we were coming to look at they told us it was sold before we came which other dealerships were lie just to get us there so we decided to try them and were able to get my sister into a vehicle with a reasonable down payment($1200)and no hidden fees and made her feel like a real customer and yes I will omit the car had issues along the way but nothing major and what do you expect from a used car that you drive everyday so if you have bad credit and looking for a cheap vehicle and a place to establish new credit I would definitely recommend and don't expect getting a 06 charger with bad credit and $1000 down more

THE OWNER BOB SUCK......AND GEORGE 1/27/2011

I went to USA Auto Brokers after my sister had a bad experience with another company. Spoke with the salesman George and he was nice to get us in the car but after 30 days she started having problems with the vehicle and they towed it for her and advised her that it needed a new MOTOR....She asked could they work out a payment plan because she needed her vehicle to get back and forth to work and GEORGE advised her to speak with the owner BOB who got very upset when she asked him did they expect her to keep up with her monthly payments and pay the full $1000.00 that they were going to charge for rebuilding the motor. Now I am no dummy but a rebuilt motor is not $1000.00 and when she suggested she pay at least $500.00 he said that he didn't like the way she was talking to him and that she could come pick up her things.....When we went to get her things GEORGE acted as if he didn't see us. And I have been checking online and they still havent placed it for sale. I have filed with the Texas Lemon Law and I think USA AUTO BROKERS SUCK.....They get you in anything probably because we were women but that's ok they will get theirs....... more
