HORRIBLE customer service! Post Master is just as incompetent as the delivery people!!! Made several complaints about packages being damaged and mail ""mis-delivered"" and the post master just blew off the issues. After, this last issue with the mail lady NOT coming up to have my husband sign for a letter because she was (once again) too lazy to get out of her truck, she made up a story about us not being home.....even though our front door was open and WE SAW HER at our mail box!!!! The post master put her on the phone and when I called her out and caught her in th lies, she hung up on me. When I called back the post master tried to cover for her (again) and said she gave the phone to him. I was on my cell so I saw that she hung up on me because the phone timer was flashing.
Needless, to say I told the post master (Bob) that I needed the main number so I could make a complaint. He gave me the number and said it wouldn't matter because it would come back to him and he already knows the ""issues"" so it didn't matter if I called.
I called and made a complaint and they said (in so many words) that I am NOT the first one to have issues with this post office and that the post master and the mail lady was in the WRONG and it will be handled (and not by the post master).
THIS IS ONE POST OFFICE THAT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED!!!!!!
