My first time to a urologist and I had the worst experience. Dr. Matthew Hoggatt and his staff were very unpleasant. He didn't answer questions but wanted me to keep coming back to run more tests. He spent 2 minutes in the room with me and was very vague with his reply. I spent more time with the nurse. The couple of times I had to go back it seemed that they had technical errors. I wasn't there for my pleasure, I was seeking a doctor for my condition and for him to tell me that he didn't have to do anything and I was cured was a very arrogant comment.
