Urban Cellars is a great place if you are looking for some affordable but yet good wine. the owner is very friendly and will tell you more than you want to know about wine. He has a great sense of humor and a very good selection of wine from Europe to Napa. Check it out in the friendly neighborhood of Noe Valley. more
