I went there because of their reputation. I wanted to have endermology for my cellulite. Forget it, the technician ( they don't really have one) does not know what she is doing. passing the roller around is not an endermology treatment. It was not even relaxing. I wasted my money, they're not cheap and they don't know how to do it. I tried to have a facial, but they were so clinical and cold, I will not go back. No one is really friendly, they're just faking it to make it. Pros: good products maybe Cons: cold staff, not friendly more

NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE 4/27/2007

I SENT MY BOSS HERE A FEW WEEKS AGO SHE USED TO BE A CLIENT OF CERONS. SHE SAID SHE WALKED IN AND NOBODY WAS THERE TO GREET HER. SHE REMEMBERED HOW FRIENDLY EVERYONE USED TO BE BUT THERE WAS NOBODY THERE. FINALLY AFTER SITTING FOR ABOUT 15 MINTUES SOMEONE ASKED WHAT SHE WAS SITTING THERE FOR AND THEN THEY WALKED HER BACK I DONT EVEN THINK SHE WORKED AT THE DESK SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS A ESTITICIAN BECASUE SHE WAS WEARING A WHITE JACKET. THATS UNNACCEPTABLE. SHE HAD HER HAIR DONE BY KEVIN WHICH CAME OUT NICE WE ALL LOVED IT , BUT WHY PAY ALL THAT MONEY IF YOUR NOT GOING TO GET THE WHOLE SPA EXPERIENCE?? SHE HAS MONEY ON HER GIFT CERTIFICATE BUT SAID SHE WOULD RATHER THROW IT AWAY THEN GO BACK. more

Best in town - so Friendly 3/7/2007

I want to set the record straight. I read the review by "secret shopper" and I was so confused. I recently visited the Urban Retreat for a Haircut & Style. The stylist (Story) was incredibly friendly and also a bit funky in a good way. This is the best my hair has ever looked. I also had a facial; I haven't had many facials, but I was so relaxed when I finished. I loved everything about this spa. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Try the coffee machine in the lobby...French vanilla latte - yum! Pros: Boutique, Friendly staff, coffee machine more

Fantastic Massage! 5/12/2006

I just got a mini-massage from Jamie and she is great! She did a great job on my huge knots and really made me feel relaxed and welcome. I highly recommend a massage by her or a facial by sabrina! I will be back for more shortly! Pros: friendly, fast service, professional more

I saw Kevin Batiste in Woman's Day Magazine(March 2006) and made an appointment. The result were excellent. I came in with the darkest of hair and left a natural looking blonde. Great "Spa Day" experience 8/19/2005

Every six months or less if needed, my firend and I visit this wonderful Day Spa. The customer services is the greatest in the city and if you want the best massage around ask for Lorraine. Take your time and spend the day there for all day treat to yourself. The volcanic mud wrap will put you in a coma followed by a 1 1/2 hr massage you better have a ride home because you may be too relaxed to drive!
