I cannot imagine why Mercedes Benz let's this dealer sell any of their cars. The service waiting room can get hot as .... Salesmen are programmed. The entire place is a seminar...

I bought a 2010 corolla, I was assured accelator problem had been fixed, 6 months later I get a recall letter to fix it. I have a 2 yr 25000 mile service agreement, for which their suppose to change oil,rotate tires etc. They have changed my oil, I think?, they have never rotated my tires,even though they say they did, I've marked them to double check. They have repeatedly lie'd to me, I wish I wouldve spent my 20,000 else where,next time I will ! more

The dealership has a great selection of cars and the sales staff is really helpful. The service lounge is also really comfortable and it's so convenient that they have an open wi-fi connection for customers. So many places have their internet locked up! Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy or looking for service! more

I have nothing but great things to say !! I bought a Mitsubishi in 2005 and they have serviced the vehicle there was a minor recall in 2007-08 they notified me and set up a day to bring the vehicle in, within a few hours , my car was done and ready to go! Carrie in service is great as is the mechanics, shuttle drivers etc I would definetly buy from them again and hope to within the next few months. I am sorry others have had some issues. more

Great selection, terrible service 8/19/2005

This car dealership has a great selection including Toyota, Chevy, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, etc. They always have a lot to choose from (in stock) and a full showroom. There are tons of sales people and only a few (one or two) financial people. The managers are not very nice or very willing to deal. The sales people are ok, before the sale and during. Once you buy, they forget you and ignore you. The service department is absolutely terrible! They do more damage than good to your car. more

Service after you buy is terrible 8/17/2005

I bought a car there a year or so ago. When I test drove the car, the car had trouble starting. I was told that it was the automatic starter, by the salesman, he had it checked and promised that if there were any problems in the future they'd be taken care of ASAP. Well, problems weren't what we had. We had a lemon. The brakes went out while I was driving it 2 days after I bought it and the dealership said not to worry, that wasn't a safety concern at all. What?! They have left me without a car or rental for weeks at a time. I talked to everyone there, including Chevy and GM (since we bought a Chevy) and no body would do anything. The salesman avoids us. The day we bought the car, we filled out all the paper work and got a call a week later saying they had filled it out wrong and that we needed to come back and fill everything out again! Everytime we take the car in to have one thing fixed, it comes back with 3 more things wrong. We have already had 3 new cd players put in, and already this last one is broken so they have to put in another. They have stained the seats and floors, chipped the dash, and one time even used over 1/2 a tank of gas!! Once we drove the car off the lot, they could care less about us or the car. One of the service managers even came up to my boyfriend and made lude, obscene comments about other employees and customers. He wasn't even discrete about it! more
