Dr Pickens and the office staff as a whole are very good at interacting with teenagers. They are able to balance the concerns of parents as well as the need for privacy and confidentiality for Teens. I am very impressed. Most Pediatricians are good with younger children- but not all are as successful at the more sensitive issues faced by the teens and their parents. more

great facility 8/5/2005

their technology is really advanced for their practice. the doctors there are great also. they know how to use their equipment in a way as to not scare the kids. the toungue depresors scare my kids but the doctors made up a story so thaty would nto be afraid. i love this place and owuld recommend it. more

Fabulous practice 7/31/2005

We have received excellent care from both Dr. Pickens and Dr. Schreiner. For sick child visits, they can usually get you in immediately. Dr. Schreiner is unbelievable in getting kids to cooperate. Dr. Pickens is very gentle and takes time to answer all questions. We love them for both our kids. more
