couldn't be happier 11/4/2010

I bought a Jenn-Air microwave on the internet. Universal had the lowest advertised price. They shipped in a week, and item came well packed. The only snafu was the tracking information provided was stated it was shipped UPS however it was shipped FedEx. I sent email to inquire and had almost immediate response with the correct shipper name. I couldn’t be happier. I will do business again. more

I have recommended Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to anyone I know in the market for an appliance. I had a disappointing experience with the last large internet purchase I made and was weary to do so again, but I could not get the specific model appliance I needed from Sears, Lowes, or even BestBuy. They all told me that the item was backordered and did not know when one would be delivered. The missing appliance was holding up construction on my kitchen and I took a chance on a retailer Id never heard of before, Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. The price was half what Id been prepared to pay elsewhere, we were able to call and talk to a friendly customer service rep about what they had availalble to ship and when we might expect it, and the item was delivered in half the time we expected to wait. more

The product price and the shipping price were significantly lower than the nearest competitor. The online purchase was easy, and was followed by immediate email verification. A short time later, tracking information was sent by email. The product arrived in good condition, very well packaged, in five days total (greater LA area). A very satisfactory purchase more

We ordered a Jade 6 sealed burner cooktop. Universals price was the best we could find on the web and was hundreds of dollars less than our local appliance center. Shipping was free, as well. The only mild issue we had was that we didnt realize that we had to schedule a delivery time with UPS - until I called them. All-in-all, an excellent experience more

Happy customer 8/13/2010

I read a lot of Yahoo reviewers who wrote put-downs of Universal AKB's customer service. I put in my order and left them alone. I received my kitchen range two weeks later, after it made a trip from Los Angeles to Portland via motor freight. It was still a better deal than I could get locally. Universal provided the best service that can be provided. They processed the order and shipped it fast in my view. They didn't give me needless information. They informed me that they would ship, and they did. That is the best any merchant can do. The deal was at a good price, they were easy to do business with, and they delivered. I'm a happy customer. I recommend them to everybody more

: An excellent vendor. They answered my questions and delivered in a timely manner. Very easy to work with. The only issue I had was some scraping at the top of the stove that I ordered...but I do not know if it was Universal or the shipping company that caused it. Overall good experience. more

Very pleased and would buy from again 8/11/2010

Shipped a refridgerator to me in Texas, saved almost $800.00 in tax plus lower price. Was very pleased with the transaction and would certainly do business with these folks again more
