Terrible Customer Service! 7/19/2011

Have never experienced worse customer service in my life! I work in retail and would never treat customers the way Heather, store manager, does(which she claims the owner supports). I have been trained that the customer needs to be treated fairly and this does not pertain to this store. By the way, don't purchase a groupon for Uniquities unless you realize it is a FINAL SALE. Not stated on groupon, just their policy which they don't like to share with customers. Even if item costs much more. Will NEVER shop here again!!!! more

Fake and Judgmental 5/14/2011

I am a regular Uniquities customer. I've been shopping there since the Cameron Village store opened and since, visit all the locations regularly. Just last week, I was in the Cameron Village location, and I was APPALLED by the sales staff. One woman, who I understand to be the manager, was rude, short and arrogant with me when I inquired about a blouse, and IGNORED me because I suppose I do not look like a "typical" customer. I was shocked as this has NEVER happened before in Uniquities, and certainly at no other upscale boutique either. I have never been treated so poorly, and I certainly will not be coming back to that location anytime soon. more

Upscale 2/4/2006

This store is an upscale boutique offering designer labels. Whether you want jeans that offer the perfect fit or the perfect dress for your first date, this boutique can help you. They now have three locations - North Hills in Raleigh, Cameron Village in Raleigh and Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. Expect to spend a big chunk of change if you buy anything. more

Large denim selection 12/31/2005

This store has lots of cute clothes and often has unique pieces not found in other stores in the triangle. They have a wide selection of designer denim to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful and parking is ample and easy to access. Their hours are a bit limited since they are in Cameron Village. All clothes are smaller sizes due to the brands and styles they carry so this isn't a place for a plus size woman. A fun place to shop. more

Neat store 8/18/2005

This is a great store to get cute but expensive clothing. They have a solid selection of some of the top designer jeans, like Seven for All Mankind. The prices are the same as everywhere else that sells the same brands, so you probably could not do better over the Internet when taking shipping charges into account. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rest of Cameron Village is adorable too. more

clothes and bags are fantastic! 8/4/2005

I have shopped at Uniquities for over five years now, and it is true - the clothes are fabulous and you will not find a better selection of hot designer labels anywhere around Chapel Hill or Elon (Elon ladies - it is worth the trip). However, the sales staff is generally awful, especially at the Raleigh store. There is no need for them to treat smartly dressed girls w/ the disdain that they do (in fact, they shouldn't treat someone in sweats w/ disdain - she might have a black Amex in her bag). I know lots of people who have stopped going simply b/c the service is so bad, but, if you can handle being ignored and treated badly, then the clothes and bags are fantastic! more

I promptly put the shirt back on the rack and walked out. more
