A great thrift store! 3/20/2006

I like Unique because the selection is so big. We have beento... well... probably every thrift store in the cities? LOL. Many are little and not well stocked or quality. We are thrifty people- don't see the sense in paying full price for baby and kid clothing that they outgrow within months! We find great deals and clothe our whole family mostly from these stores. Their Pros: Large Selection Good Prices [Depending on who is pricing-lol] Quality items Well orgainzed -easy to find clothing sizes and whatnot. Large stores half price days every season. Their Cons: Random pricing sometimes [you can have 2 identicle shirts, 1= $1.99 the other $5.99!] Employees not very helpful, many do not speak english well. No where to try on clothes [some do have 1 booth now, but LOOOOONG lines.] more

for a used store it one of the best 11/20/2005

it clean , ideas are clean and in good shape , they even have 1/2 price day and coupons if you give to them . they do lack smaller kids clothes but for me and my teenager they have a lot . my daughter always finds jeans , shirts and shoes . mean time alway goes to good cause . more

Very big thrift store 11/12/2005

This store is very large and has a very big variety. For a thrift store they are pretty organized. And their prices are pretty good. A lot of the thrift stores have gotten very expensive for what they carry. I am use to shopping at Target sales for 75% off, so when the thrift stores want to charge me more for used thing it is very hard for me to pay. But their prices are pretty good. more

Average Thrift Store 8/19/2005

Although this is the average thrift store you can find some good deals if you dig. There is always new merchandise and the store is always busy. It is a huge store so be prepared to spend some time and dig through everything. The merchandise is grouped but not displayed nicely. The staff is helpful and the prices are great. more

A great thrift store 8/12/2005

This NFP thrift store has pretty much anything you will ever need (and stuff you don't need, too!) The store is laid out much better than many thrift stores - every section is clearly marked and well organized. Prices are cheaper than many other thrift stores (I'm looking at you Savers) and the selection is HUGE. You will find nothing there that is in poor condition. On many holidays (President's Day for example) everything is 1/2 off and seniors get 15% off every Wednesday. It is always busy though. Sometimes getting through the aisles is difficult. But all in all it's worth it. I've bought name brand clothes there (Lauren jeans for $3.97!), kitchen appliances (NIB Waffle Iron $2.97), books (most are .80C) - you name it, they have it. Their plus sized womens clothes selection is great! more
