Absolutely Amazing! 7/12/2010

Unique Carpet Care was recommenced to us by a friend and I was blown away by these guys. We had a large 4th of July party and some of the guests accidentally spilled some red wine in two separate spots on our espresso colored carpet. My wife was really upset at first, but Unique literally erased the stains! They were so professional and a pleasure to work with. I'll never use anyone but Unique again. Pros: Great service, quality work, well priced! Cons: Honestly none more

Don't bother! 11/4/2008

I'd should have given them ZERO stars! They advertise great deals in local publications. Called UNIQUE Carpet Care to check their availability. The guy on the phone was as rude as they come...terrible! He was short with answers and provided no useful information. He told me they would be here tomorrow and then told me to call him back...give me a break...they'll never hear back from me. No wonder they were available the next day! He was very arrogant and certainly doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Don't waste your time...as they say, first impressions are everything! Maybe their poor customer relations are what makes them, ""UNIQUE."" Pros: not sure... Cons: first impression more

Won't return calls 11/26/2007

They cleaned my carpets once and did a decent job, but when I called them a 2nd time, they never returned my call. I called and called and left messages for several weeks. Never got a return call and finally gave up. Switched to Tony's. They're much better and don't scar baseboards. more
