I don't know anything about Ed personally, but I do know that this company, Union Real Estate, has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I won't bore you with the details, but representatives of this company were difficult to contact, did not return phone calls, misled and intentionally misrepresented the facts for their own financial benefit, manipulated, and showed no respect to the customer in a situation that has taken months to resolve. The only way the problem can be considered resolved now is that I've given up hope and walked away...
They're fine as landlords...as long as you don't have any problem. But when a problem does arise, don't expect prompt or courteous customer service, and don't expect much help cooperation, if any. Clearly, customer service is not part of this company's core values.
