I know that the Union Oyster House is a very touristy restaurant, but they must be doing something right to be the longest continuously open restaurant in the US. While the restaurant food is OK, it's the raw bar that you want to try when you are there. There's only room for a dozen or so people to sit, but it's such a fun place to be. The guys shuck everything right in front of you and have great stories. They also liven things up by throwing ice at the tourists looking in the windows. You can't get fresher clams or oysters.
