Great Physical Therapy 2/21/2010

I have visited Ultrahealth a number of times for a number of injuries. They have always managed to get me back on my feet and pursuing all the activities I love, running, swimming, biking, skiing, etc, quickly and with a smile. My last injury was a painful, unstable hip - I could hardly walk. Within a week it was like it had never happened - I was back to all my activities, pain-free. I also attend their circuit (exercise) class, and it is great! Keeps my 50 something year old body from falling apart. The staff is friendly and professional. I've never had to wait and they are very flexible in scheduling appointments. I've been to other clinics, and this place is the best, by far! Pros: effective therapy, caring staff more

on time and ahead of time 2/1/2010

After a nasty femur break, my therapist at this clinic had me back rowing way ahead of schedule. I was able to fit my therapy sessions into my busy schedule by booking convenient appointments and not having to wait. It was also helpful that their location was very easy and fast to get to, even though I do not work or live in the financial district ? convenient public transportation. Pros: a miracle worker Cons: too much fun - sad when you're done more

Lousy Customer Service 3/7/2007

Convenient location in the Financial District but that's about it. I didn't have Marty help me which might be the reason for my poor experience. The front desk is non-responsive and is only concerned about what kind of insurance you have, and my PT wasn't anything special. I got more helpful exercise tips and insight on my condition online. Pros: In Financial District Cons: Not very professional more

the best PT place ever 2/7/2006

the staff is friendly and helpful. they just want to see you get better and perform at the best of your ability. The hours are great and the are located right next to bart and market. They can answer any question you have. I love them. more
