Listen, I'm not much for gyms but I actually enjoy training at the UTC. It demands very little of your time: only 30 min twice a week, you get the personal attention that's needed to get you to your goal as quickly as effective as possible. I mean these guys really know their stuff! No hours upon hours of running, simply an intense 30 min workout that will leave you feeling really good about yourself.
Pros: Personal attention, effective, fits all kinds of schedules, for all kinds of people who want to gain muscle mass, lose weight or simply stay healthy.
