Worst retail business location ever !! I went to the location at Kingston Pike and Gallagher View Rd on August 31st at 2p.m. since my current contract was running out, and I was interested in changing carriers. Worst mistake ever !! When I went in, a employee was texting on his phone, and didn't even acknowledge me. He couldn't be bothered. After looking at phones for 5 minutes or so, a young lady came from the back and offered to help me. But - by that time, I knew that I wouldn't be doing business there, and started to leave. But-- as I was leaving, a man and his wife came in, and the hero of texting, ran to the door and opened it for them, introduced himself, and offered to help them !! REALLY ?? Guess that riding a $20k motorcycle makes me a deadbeat !! Tried to discuss it with the store ( Josh Brewster) or sales manager (Erica Moore), but that's impossible, since they are NEVER at the store !! MUST BE NICE !! But -- I wonder how much better their location would operate if they were at their store every now and then !! 3 calls, neither 1 was ever there. E-mailed U.S. Cellular 2 or 3 times, no reply !! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! But -- on the 5th or 6th of Oct. (more than a month later !!) a guy from U.S. Cellular called. I told him the story and he said that he would file a report that the store manager and sales manager COULD NOT IGNORE, and that I'd hear from them with 48 hours !! He also said he'd check back with me about getting some service. Never heard from them or him, so what does that tell you ?? If they treat someone that way before they are a customer, how will they treat you after you're a customer ?? It's obvious that Josh Brewster and Erica Moore couldn't manage a girl scout bake sale !! If you e-mail them, you will NEVER get a reply, and they could care less !! Run from this company and this location, due to management that is a JOKE !!!
