Twin Pine Ford

I have been on the search for a new vehicle for many months. I had no idea what I wanted. I only knew I needed 4x4 so I can travel to and from my job during the winter months. Once I finally decided that I wanted a Jeep; the search for the best price and lowest milage was on. I first saw a Twin Pine Jeep online, we scheduled an appointment to look at it, but by the time we got there someone else was already purchasing the Jeep. The sales men were very helpful and offered many other Jeeps for me to look at but unfortunately the prices were too high. I looked around at other dealerships and kept an eye out online to see if Twin Pine got any more Jeeps in Stock. When they got a Jeep in stock that was in my price range I stopped by immediately to check it out. Although the color was not my first choice, the Jeep had everything else I was looking for. The salesmen were so great at showing me all the key features of the Jeep. They were so kind, even though I was being very picky. Twin Pine was great at helping me through every step of purchasing a new car! I highly recommend them, and I will most likely purchase my future vehicles from them. They showed me that purchasing a new car doesn't have to be stressful! more

Twin Pine was absolutely on par with this sale. they stayed late, and by that I mean after closing to make this deal happen. We received several follow up calls to see how we were doing with the new car. Also, they made sure that after market Bluetooth was installed immediately making us very happy. The people at the dealership were all very friendly! First was Mike, he wanted to make sure that the vehicle we choose would be right for us. We came back and worked with him. He made the paperwork easy and was great in explaining the different things that are in our new Venza. The paperwork quick and easy! There are so many nice cars to choose from on the nicely landscape lot. The website is easy to navigates d has so many detailed photos. I have heard so many good things about 20 Pine I highly recommend them more

I recently purchased a van from Twin Pines Auto Sales. Wyatt, our salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous. The buying experience was very smooth. We sought a well equipped car and listed Bluetooth audio as one of the requirements. The salesman told us that this car was equipped with Bluetooth. After we purchased the car and reviewed the Owner's Manual DVD, we quickly discovered that it wasn't so equipped. When we returned and confronted the salesman he simply said was sorry for his mistake. He appeared earnest, but told me that it is difficult to determine if it is Bluetooth-equipped and that there was nothing that could be done. A second problem concerned a leak in a tire. We spotted the leak and were told that it would be fixed for the next day when we picked it up. However, the tire continued to leak. When asked to repair the leak, they refused. more

We continue to be very pleased with our Sequoia. My wife is thrilled with the vehicle. She is particularly pleased with the comfortable ride and her improved visibility. At first I thought it may be too big for her but she loves the size (since I am the one who pays for the gas!). She also really likes the style of the SUV. When she sees other SUV’s she says things like “that looks like a decent car but I like mine better”. We’ll actually be taking it to Florida next week. There will be seven of us, so by the end of the trip I am sure we will all be well-acquainted with the vehicle! I’m also very appreciative of the quick response that I received when I advised your company of the coolant leak. Everyone was eager to solve the problem at no cost to me. That’s the mark of a company with integrity. You guys are simply the best auto dealer I’ve ever bought from. I couldn’t be more pleased. At this point I know of no one who is in the market for a good-pre-owned vehicle but rest assured, I’ll recommend Twin Pine. more

After doing all our research on the web my husband and I decided to go shopping. We had a much better experience at Twin Pine than any of the other dealers we went to. First, their cars were in like new condition compared to the other dealers. The staff was friendly, courteous and helped answer all our questions.
