I love the wedding gown that I purchased from Ana's and my sister's Maid of Honor dress as well. We were both able to make appointments for alterations without any issue. Ana did all of the alterations for my sister and myself, and our dresses looked beautiful and fit us well on the day of our wedding. more

Overall my experience at Ana's was great, my dress was beautiful and the BM's dresses came out great, and even though there were issues with some of the suits, they were very helpful with measurements of members of the wedding party that lived overseas. I even referred a colleague to Ana's and she ended up purchasing her gown from there. more

I got my dress my bridesmaids ,flowergirls,and moms dresses :) they were all beautiful ! I lived my dress it look gorgeous and fit great everyone was very nice even with my very big wedding party :) more

I had a wonderful experience at Ana's! I had been to several other bridal shops previously, and had experiences that were mostly very disappointing. At Ana's, the owner herself helped me, as well as one of her associates, and they were both fantastic. She had a great selection of dresses, and the shop itself was nicely organized and felt both spacious and intimate. I went in with photos of a few dresses I was interested in, and she had samples of almost all of them. In addition to those dresses, Ana helped me select several other dresses to try as well. I had my heart set on a dress style with sleeves, which is hard to find, but Ana gave me great advice on having a sleeve custom added, and on which styles that would work best. On my first visit there I found and ordered my dream dress, and I can't wait until it comes in! The prices there are also some of the best you will find. I would highly recommend Ana's Boutique. In addition to bridal, they also have bridesmaids dresses AND tuxedos, so its really a one-stop shopping experience for your whole wedding party. I look forward to going back for my first fitting when the gown comes in, and bringing all my bridesmaids there for their dresses too. more

I have never had such great service before. I mean Ive been to other places before, but I have never received such friendly and personalized help before. Normally I wouldnt go out of my way to leave a good comment, I usually left comments if something has gone wrong and I'm mad about something. But in this case I was so happy with my experience that I felt I should give them my support! I'm from the East Providence area so I will assure you that they did a good job! more

I can not believe the first several reviews that I read since my experience with Ana's was exceptional, professional and very stress free. We were always greeted with a smile, a hello and they answered all our questions with infinite patience. Being the Mother of the Bride I was especially stressed about looking good the day of the wedding and the dress that I bought and had altered at Ana's made that possible. There usually were happy clients when I went and only one Mother of the Bride with a ridicules complaint made a scene. It was quite obvious that it was her fault but Ana handled it with complete professionalism. I am not sure that I would of been as kind to this person. Every time I called I received a call within 24 hrs. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Ana's for a job well done. I was thrilled with my dress and received so many compliments on the fit and look. The bridesmaid's dresses were stunning. I would recommend your bridal shop to everyone I know. Again, thank you for making my daughter's wedding so memorable. more

I was married in 2005 and had no problems with Ana's Bridal.. They were all very polite and professional with me and my party. My hubby even got his tuxes there and everything worked out fine. The only thing that went wrong was the ties were missing from the tuxes but they were there the next day and everything was fine. We all looked great and it was a perfect day. I'm shocked to read all the bad reviews and can't believe that it's all true. more

Ana's is a family bridal shop with a great selection of gowns. They cater to each bride individually. They have special deals on alterations for the bride. They also have a large selection of bridesmaid and mother of the bride gowns. more

after going across the rhode island area and also mass i stopped at Ana's bridal boutique looking for my dream dress.. it's a family business and they are so nice.. they had such a large selection and everything was so easy to find and organized.. i worked with the owner herself and she helped me find what i was looking for and guess what girls i did.. it was great the 1st dress i tried on was it and Ana gave me the best deal ever.. i got my dress that day and also my bridesmaid dress too. who could think after going to so may shops i could find a place like that.. i recommend Ana's for every girl out there more
