Very polite and professional 5/20/2011

I was married in 2005 and had no problems with Ana's Bridal.. They were all very polite and professional with me and my party. My hubby even got his tuxes there and everything worked out fine. The only thing that went wrong was the ties were missing from the tuxes but they were there the next day and everything was fine. We all looked great and it was a perfect day. I'm shocked to read all the bad reviews and can't believe that it's all true. more

Always greeted with a smile 5/12/2011

I can not believe the first several reviews that I read since my experience with Ana's was exceptional, professional and very stress free. We were always greeted with a smile, a hello and they answered all our questions with infinite patience. Being the Mother of the Bride I was especially stressed about looking good the day of the wedding and the dress that I bought and had altered at Ana's made that possible. There usually were happy clients when I went and only one Mother of the Bride with a ridicules complaint made a scene. It was quite obvious that it was her fault but Ana handled it with complete professionalism. I am not sure that I would of been as kind to this person. Every time I called I received a call within 24 hrs. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Ana's for a job well done. I was thrilled with my dress and received so many compliments on the fit and look. The bridesmaid's dresses were stunning. I would recommend your bridal shop to everyone I know. Again, thank you for making my daughter's wedding so memorable. more

Your dream comes true 5/6/2011

" your dream comes true.. after going across the rhode island area and also mass i stopped at Ana's bridal boutique looking for my dream dress.. it's a family business and they are so nice.. they had such a large selection and everything was so easy to find and organized.. i worked with the owner herself and she helped me find what i was looking for and guess what girls i did.. it was great the 1st dress i tried on was it and Ana gave me the best deal ever.. i got my dress that day and also my bridesmaid dress too. who could think after going to so may shops i could find a place like that.. i recommend Ana's for every girl out there more

Made my wedding day attire a great success 5/3/2011

The staff at the bridal shop were extremely helpful and very accommodating. I was very happy with the service that I received and my future husband saw how happy I was to be working with them that he went there for the tuxes for the whole wedding party. Ana and staff made my wedding day attire a great success with out ANY problems.Thank you Ann for making my day a special one.I miss visiting you for fittings. more

It took Ana less than 10 minutes to find the perfect dress for me. After the dress was purchased, I have slightly mixed reviews, but the dress was beautiful and magnificently altered. more

Made everyone look great! 4/18/2011

The staff was always friendly and very helpful. They helped with my entire wedding party, including the guys tux were from there... I also had worked with An, the whole staff there makes you feel just like familym When ever I hear of someone getting married, or looking for a gown I always recommend Ana's Bridal. Thank you Ana, Michelle and Staff for being a part of my special day and making everyone look great! more

Picking out a dress from Ana's Bridal was easy 3/21/2011

My dress was perfect--- the first one I tried on! I got it from Ana's and it was easy to try on dresses and pick out the best one, but getting in to have a fitting was less than easy. My girls got their dresses from Ana's too and they were really nice. more

Ana is an incredible woman 3/18/2011

I was a previous bride at Anas and all i can say is that it was a remarkable experience. The staff was always friendly, and the alterations were amazing. But most of all i am privlidged to have met Ana she is an incredible woman who makes you feel just like family. I was upset to have to say goodbye, but i look forward to going back with friends, and family. If anyone asks, i will always recommend Ana's Bridal it was an exceptional experience! I felt like I was with an old family friend 3/17/2011

I SEARCHED EVERYWHERE FOR THE DRESS I HAD TO HAVE. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BUT KNEW EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE. I TOLD ANA WHAT I WANTED AND SHE FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS FOR ME. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND SHE ADDED THE FINISHING TOUCH OF CAP SLEEVES FOR ME AT A DECENT PRICE. ANA WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. TOWARDS THE END I WENT TO A TON OF FITTINGS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, AND IT WAS! I ACTUALLY BECAME FRIENDLY WITH BOTH ANA AND HER DAUGHTER MICHELLE WHO ALSO ASSISTS IN THE DRESS ALTERATIONS. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS AT A DRESS SHOP WITH STRANGERS, I FELT LIKE IT WAS AN OLD FAMILY FRIEND DOING EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO MAKE MY DAY PERFECT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! more
