Do not go here! You'd be better off getting your dental work done in Mexico! The ""dentist"" is rude to his staff and the clients. I witnessed him in a heated argument with a client where they were cursing at each other. Extremely unprofessional! He collected $450 from my elderly mother to do some X-rays and a cleaning. A total rip off! Stay away from Tuscany Dental! There is a reason why the waiting room is always empty! more

Went to the dentist for jaw pain... xray really didn't show anything but the they told me I needed to have the tooth removed. I made my appointment for midday (left work 4hrs early). Waited in the reception area for 30 minutes and paid $125.00 for the service before seeing the dentist. I was called in and told the procedure would cost more because there wasn't anything wrong with the tooth and insurance wouldn't cover anything. It wasn't a nessicary procedure. They told me it's probably a good idea to have it removed but there wasn't any reason because there wasn't anything wrong. Why would anyone want to have a tooth removed... just because? After debating the issue for 20 minutes, I decided to keep my teeth. It took another 20 minutes to get the refund for non-services rendered because the office staff didn't know how to do the refund (dentist ended up having to do it). If this was an isolated case I wouldn't write this review but this is the third stike. Now I'm changing providers. 1st time was scheduling me for a routine cleaning 1 month before it was due (left work 1/2 day early) so I had to reschedule my appointment or pay the full amount. 2nd was finding a cavity, suggesting it be done but never doing the procedure or scheduling it even after I'd been there several times since they told me it needed done.
