I too have been a client at Trumps for quite some time, and could not believe my eyes when I read this scathing review. Though Carol works with my color, all of the women who work in that area - Gwen included - are the epitome of professionalism, and what makes them so is that each of them has a strong work ethic, and clearly set very high professional standards for themselves. Perhaps Gwen felt that relaxing your hair would not have been the best thing for your color, and would have ruined the highlights you had ""paid large sums of money for."" What I also know about every other professional at Trumps is that they pride themselves on putting out the best ""product"" they possibly can, which is an amazing head of hair. Not one of them would think about doing anything to harm you, and only had your best interests at heart, I can assure you of that. And how, exactly, are the ""secretaries"" incompetent? First of all, Natalia and Denise are so much more than secretaries, and they work their collective tails off. And there isn't even enough space in this little rant of mine to sing the praises of Earl Cox, Amy, and all the other stylists who do their best to make me look and feel good when I walk out that door. Sounds to me like you're spoiled, and unaccustomed to having your plans interrupted by a professional who was just attempting to ensure that you left there not looking ridiculous. For anyone reading this - Trumps is one of the busiest salons in Nashville, and all you have to do is watch the beautiful hairstyles leaving that building to understand why. What your post boils down to is that your schedule was inconvenienced - if this was indeed such a major issue for you that you felt the need to actually expend this much energy writing such a vitriolic diatribe, perhaps you should volunteer at a soup kitchen or a homeless shelter, in order to see what an actual problem looks like.
