Tropicana Royale is actually a nice place to live. I have been here for almost 3 years now. They have had some management changes but nothing like the other places I have lived. The current staff now has been here for just over a year. This place is old but in great condition. The maintenance staff is awesome. They are always improving the place! We are in an older part of Vegas but its perfect because I am close to everything, on the bus line and close to my job. I walk everyday to and from! I don;t pay for the cost of Hot Water and I never run out of hot water.. The just remodeled the clubhouse and added Computers and Internet, Big Tv room. I like the fact that this place doesn't cost me an arm and leg to live here and the place is nice! Not too many places like that here in Vegas! I definitely recommend you to check it out! You get more than what you pay for!!
