Best

I used to work in Downtown Dallas and everyone at my job told me about this Salon on Elm but I didn't make the point to come until they bought me a giftcertificate for a Pedicure ...

Worst

My friend and I came here for pedicure and was very diappointed. The woman at the front asked if I want to get one of those expensive pedi and I said,"" I just need a basic one."...

hmmm 5/12/2011

I just moved to Dallas and thought i'd give this place a try since it's only a few blocks from my apartment. The first time i went there to get my nails done they were really nice but one of my nails was put on crooked and my pinky nail was significantly shorter then the one on the other hand. It was nothing immediately noticeable and i didn't notice until i was home and really checked them out. Since it was nothing too bad, I figured I'd give them another try since I didn't really know any other places. My tech's name was Aaron and he was GREAT. Very nice, and when I explained to him my experience the first time he was very apologetic, asked me which tech it was, and made sure (and had me check as well) that my nails were all the same length and put on straight. I was very happy when I left and will be going back to him for all future nail appointments. more

Horrible service! We won't be back 12/8/2010

My friend and I came here for pedicure and was very diappointed. The woman at the front asked if I want to get one of those expensive pedi and I said,"" I just need a basic one."" My friend on the other hand agreed to get a deluxe. The whole time they were giving us pedicure, the techs were speaking in different language; I am sure it was about me not wanting to pay the extra for the big pedi. My polish was very sloppy, so I asked the woman to fix it. She totally ignored me! My friend ended up with greasy legs. I live in downtown and would make the point to drive else where for a good pedi. more

nail torture! 3/21/2010

9 appointments....3 techs! all mani/pedi-that is 18 services....how do you think 3 techs (w/o licenses posted anywhere) could accomodate us??? My friend got her skin shaved off and bleed on her pedicure. I ended up getting the same tech and got cut as well. The nail tech made my friend bleed 3 times during the manicure. We had to stop the service in the middle and QUIT, and so the rest of us tried to ""fix"" her nails. They were awful! Acrylic nails 7 off and 3 on!! What a nightmare! We asked for the manager, complained to her! Another tech said, she wasnt the manager! What the heck kind of business are you running? It was a special occasions and all of us from out of town---just a trainwreck!!!!!! Pros: we could drink some of the pain away! Cons: everything!!! more

they were late 2/27/2009

I really can't review this place because I didn't even have a chance to try their service. But let me tell you my experience - I had a nail appt. today (Friday) at 1215p. When I went in, there were kids running everywhere and the place was pretty crowded. It is definitely NOT a relaxing atmosphere, which I thought from the website it would be. But regardless, I had an appt. for a manicure, checked in with the desk, and waited for at least 10 minutes. I finally ended up leaving after the person at the desk told me they were running behind. Not good for a week day when people are on their lunch break. I won't be returning. more

Friendly place. Great service 11/4/2008

I used to work in Downtown Dallas and everyone at my job told me about this Salon on Elm but I didn't make the point to come until they bought me a giftcertificate for a Pedicure and Facial for my birthday. This place is so pretty I love my pedicure and the facial was so good. I would definitely recommended this place to everyone. I drive from Plano to downtown Dallas every 2 weeks to get my pedicure ever since my job moved to Richardson. Pros: resonable prices and good services Cons: Parking is a little tricky. Better if you come during the weekend. more

Horrible Service 9/26/2008

I get pedicures every two weeks whether I need one our not! While they give excellent pedicures, their service was horrible. When I came in to the salon with an appointment, they seemed annoyed that I was even there. They were annoyed at me when I asked to upgrade my pedicure, which has never happened to me before. Then, when my toe nails were drying, I asked about their chair massage -- since they had a sign posted -- and they told me that I couldn't expect them to have someone available. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. more

I love this place! 1/25/2008

I had a spa party there and it was the best facial and hot stone massage I ever had, it is really a great value, not to mention the decor is really pretty . I bought gift certificates for all my friends and they all love it. Pros: Great service for the value more
