Very unprofessional in treating customers? 8/12/2009

1) The good: Richard seems like a hard working guy, gets up very early, seems like not fully booked and can come to your site on the day you call, can show up at your door 7 in the morning. 2) The bad: For installations of new units, he has inexperienced and unprofessional people working on it, they mess up the drywall and don't fix it, plumbing work is not good, and they are always in a hurry. If you have ideas and want to explore "what if we do this" options, he doesn't have time for you. If you point out something he is doing wrong, he gets upset quickly. By the way, on his bills, the labor hours include travel time, not sure this is a common practice by others. 3) The ugly: If you question any items on the bill, he gets very rude and super upset and furious. He did a service for me recently, the tenants are not happy with what he did, so I called and asked what was wrong and what was fixed and what the status is ... He wasn't patient about my call. Then, the next day, he went back to the unit and had a talk with my tenants, then send me a service call bill ... When I called about this bill, he was super upset and very angry. On my side, I didn't ask for another service call, was only questioning the previous service. Sharing my experience here, hoping you can adjust your expectation when deal with him, so you don't get frustrated and be cool. Bless you all! Pros: Quick coming Cons: Rude more

Rude 7/25/2008

We were loyal customers of Tropic Air for 5 years. This past service call the bill seemed a bit much. When we asked about it we were returned with a very long, very rude phone call. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. That is no way to treat a customer, especially a repeat customer. We will never call Richard back to our house ever again. more
