Triple L Kennels

I was looking for a kennel and saw these reviews and had to call the owner to get their side. As always there are two sides of the story. After hearing about each of the stated dogs I was comfortable with boasrding my dogs with them. Anyway I boarded my dogs over Thanksgiving and had a great experience. My dogs didn't want to leave and the owner was very pleasant. I will board them again. Pros: Good hours, great pricing Cons: a little far out in the country more

We have used this place several times and noticed our food never got opened. She told us she used the same kind so she didn't bother using ours. Once our dog was very sick (throwing up and using the bathroom) all over the house. We just figured he got into something. This weekend when we picked him up we were told he cut himself on a wire fence, but that it just needed neosporin. Well, he had to have surgery and have skin graphed from his leg b/c the cut was already infected and had dead tissue. He has a drainage tube and is in so much pain. This surgery was around $1000 as well... I am so upset that I used this kennel and my vet told me that they are filing report with kennel as they recently had an emaciated dog show up there after being boarded. I truly believe now that she does not feed/care for the dogs properly. I know she works another job off her property and I think that is where she is most of the time. PLEASE do not board your dogs here and pass on the information. If you saw the pictures of our dog you would be in shock. more

I to had a horrible experience with this kennel. My dog was there for a couple of days and when we picked him up he looked like a different dog. We honestly did not believe it was our dog. He had lost several pounds, could barely walk, was extremely sick and could not even hold his head up. HIs back legs were shaking and he acted like he hadn't had water in days, he drank and entire bucket in a matter of minutes. My husband and I both thought he had possibly gotten into some type of poision. We literally did not think he was going to make it through the night, it was so awful to watch him laying there LIFELESS. He managed to pull through after several days. We will never be using this kennel again, and I would never recommend anyone taking their pet to this facility. more

Do not take your dog here. My dog lost 6 pounds in 7 days and due to the poor condition had to be place in the animal hospital for 2 days for treatment. The Vet was appaulled at the condition of my dog and placed a warning in his office about using this kennel. My husband I are looking into formal charges and have contact animal control and the humane society. YES it was really that bad. more

I would not board my animals at this facility again. Upon arriving I hoped to see the area in which my animals would be staying and I was told I was not allowed to see the interior, however I was reassured it was heated and cooled (I'm honestly not sure though). The outdoor area of the run was dirty gravel with big worn buckets used for water. When I picked up my animals they smelled horrible of dirt and feces and acted like they hadn't been exercised in a while. After getting them home they both drank water like it was going out of style so I don't know when the last time was that they were given any. I highly DON'T recommend anyone leave their animals here if you are looking for a clean, nice, and healthy place for your furry friends to stay. Bad experience!! more
