Worst company I've ever done business with! 12/1/2007

I ordered a table and 6 chairs from them over a year ago. I still don't have what I ordered and yet they refuse to refund my money because it's a special order. This was just a butcher block table with bow back chairs not a custom made type of set or anything. Every time we call they say they are going to call the warehouse and get back to us but we never hear from them again. This has been going on for over a year and stil nothing!! I have never dealt with such unprofessional and deceitful people! Do not do business here... you'll regret it! Pros: Nothing! Don't have what I ordered and they have my money. Cons: Bad service. Product not delivered. Unwilling to satisfy the customer for their goofup more
