By FAR, THE Best Women's Gym in Atlanta! 1/14/2011

I have never witness so many women go through such tremendous transformations before coming to Trinity. I have experienced remarkable results of my own, not only with my physique, but with my overall health, nutrition, and well being, both mentally and physically. Trinity is an amazing environment to tackle what so many women struggle with - fitness, physique, health, nutrition... all of it... everything involved with getting ""in shape"". It is truly like a family there, and I could never have achieved the results I have anywhere else. I am so thankful to everyone at Trinity, Nathan, his staff, and all my workout sisters (that's what I consider the other members of the gym - my gym sisters). They all make working out actually enjoyable! I never thought I would EVER feel that way, but I actually can't wait to get off work so I can go see my 'family' at the gym. As for the complaints about the contract, it is a simple 30 day cancellation notice, which is very common of many of the gyms I have been a member of. And I have witnessed many clients come and go at Trinity for various reasons, without any problems giving a 30 day notice to end their membership. Thank You Trinity for making me such a better person! I would and do recommend Trinity to all my friends, and strangers too! more

Don't waste your money 12/14/2010

This gym is overpriced, considering it's hardly ever open, and if you express you're displeasure, you're either ignored, lied to, or condescended to. As others have said, the contract is a nightmare to get out of, even if you have a legitimate reason, and the people running the place are rude, unresponsive, and only care about their bottom line. The classes are fun, but for the hassle, inept customer service, and drama involved in something that should be simple, you'd be better served joining a gym that's more transparent about their business model and charges, and that will address your concerns in a prompt, honest, and up-front manner. more

""Experience Trinity"" Callenge! 4/21/2010

I see that there are a few folks out there that are unpleased with the experience they've received while at Trinity. I have found, even though I'd like to, I can not please everyone. These sites allow anyone to post comments even if they don't know or have any relationship with your business. I'm putting my money where my mouth is. Come in try a class, if you feel that your not treated like a close family member, then I'll buy you a month membership at another gym. call us for details Pros: Unbelieveable Offer Cons: You Can't Lose! more

Program is great, but Don't Question Nathan! 4/15/2010

It appears from the other comments that the customer service at this gym has taken a nose dive as of late. I had a concern over their shady billing practices. Make sure you read any credit card receipts you sign, it is actually a contract, even though they sell their services month to month. If you question their service practices, be prepared to listen to Nathan accuse you of slander and tell you his lawyer is going to call you. Still waiting on that one. The classes are fun though! Pros: Fun classes Cons: rude management/owner more

Nathan is RUDE jerk 3/6/2010

I received an email from Nathan regarding the ""Tough Questions"" I should be asking myself about why I haven't joined his gym. I replied that I found his email offensive and inappropriate, so he responded that I agreed to receive his stupid emails, and that I obviously don't want to improve my life.\r \r If he cannot respect your opinion nor your feelings, and does not have the ability to apologize for his offensive behavior......LADIES BE WARNED IN ADVANCE!!!! Pros: I'm glad I found out NOT to JOIN Cons: personally invasive, cult-like owner more

great gym, kickboxing classes great fun 2/18/2010

Trinity is a great place to workout. It is a no nonsense gym with character not a fancy smancy boutique. It’s hard work. The staff is serious about getting you in shape. They are very positive and frank about fitness. You leave there feeling like you have done something. That said, it is a very inviting place too the instructors are great and Nathan keep a great family atmosphere. Pros: great classes, great atmosphere more

Motivational and Supportive 2/18/2010

I signed up for Trinity's self defense course, Are You Prepared, in January of last year. This 5 week long course completely changed my life. It was one of the most important things I have ever done. It was difficult both physically and emotionally, but having the tools to defend myself and know my own strength is a blessing! I stayed with Trinity because the staff simultaneously motivates and supports you. Kick boxing is an amazing form of exercise that is always challenging. You have to find your inner strength while you build your outer strength. Trinity is the best place in Atlanta to work out while being part of a great big family! I recommend joining for kick boxing, yoga and especially the AYP class..... bottom line... Trinity provides the platform and resources to motivate you to change! Pros: Best place to kick box in town Cons: lose weight... ha! more

best experience! 2/16/2010

I have never been to a gym where I actually enjoy being there. Trinity is the only gym that I have happily and successfully stayed a member of for more than a couple of months. I attend this gym 4-6 days a week and the workouts are great, difficult, and hardcore. You see real results in a short period of time. The owner of this gym has done an amazing job tailoring his business and his life to help women be their best. I would and have recommended this gym to many friends and co-workers. Pros: friendly atmosphere and great workouts! more

Awesome Experience 2/16/2010

I have been to many gyms. But nothing like this before. Most of my experience with gyms has been more or less a non-personal feel, but Trinity is a hands on, one on one training facility. All the trainers I've worked with have always known what they were talking about and what they were doing. It made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was a great time and I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely sharing this with my friends. Love It! more

great workout gym 2/14/2010

I have worked out at Trinity Fitness for several years, off and on dependent on my work/life schedule. Throughout the entry and re-entry to my fitness regime, I have been welcomed by Nathan and the other trainers at the gym. The other folks there are there to work out and engage me if I reach out, but are always genuinely polite. All the equipment I need is there and available when I need it. I love the motivational emails and newsletters, the contact and coaching I receive in the studio and look forward to my next workout there. I would recommend Trinity to just about anyone I know. Pros: attentive& knowledgable staff, convenient location and atmo more

Huge Trinity Fan 2/14/2010

If you want no-nonsense results, in a family atmosphere with NO attitude then Trinity should be your new fitness home. I'm older than most of Nathan's clients, but he has treated me with respect and professionalism from day one. After nine months under his training, I've lost 25 lbs, gone down 3 sizes and am healthy and fit for the first time in years! I love going to Trinity and recommend it to anyone who is serious about their workouts - great atmosphere, lots of personal attention. Pros: Experts in Womens Fitness more

Best Gym in Atlanta!! 2/13/2010

Trinity is a gym that is all about results. Nathan and his staff can show you how to change your body. The personal attention you receive is outstanding. They truly care about you achieving the results you want and will make it happen! Since becoming a member at Trinity, my body has transformed dramatically. The gym is a friendly, safe environment where the staff are positive, encouraging and challenge you to be your best. They have the best kickboxing classes in Atlanta for beginners or advanced. Nathan not only teaches you about exercise but also about nutrition. It is the most amazing gym experience! Pros: Personal Attention, Knowledgeable Staff, Excellent Classes more

Trinity makes for a fun and challenging workout! 2/13/2010

When I joined Trinity over 3 years ago, I HATED to workout. I found it boring and didn't feel like the results were worth it. Trinity and Nate Nowak, the owner and lead trainer, changed that. Not only has he introduced the most effective, challenging, and fun workout for women, but he makes sure you learn how to do it right. This has made for a more efficient workout and has kept me from hurting myself...as I can be prone to do! :) This facility has a raw industrial feel with all the amenities: huge kickboxing mat, full weight room, tons of cardio machines (no wait!), cycling, yoga, the best masseuse in Atlanta, and an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's also right next door to Freedom Park, so if you want to take an outdoor run before class, it's perfectly situated! This isn't a gym for girls with matching outfits and makeup looking to pick up guys. No. This is a place for women who want to better themselves for themselves. A place where women want to have fun, make life long friends, and learn something about the strength they have within. This place has helped me walk a little taller, feel a little stronger, and have pride in the steps I've taken with the Trinity staff to better my person. Thanks Trinity. You guys rock! Pros: knowledgeable staff, friendly environment, tough workout! Cons: zilch more

Great gym where I achieved my goals! 2/12/2010

I attended the Take 21 Program at this gym and loved it! Nathan Nowak shows you the correct form while working out and assists with nutrition as well. I have been able to tone my abs, legs, and arms with these exercises and keep it off while maintaining the nutrition aspect. I am so thankful for Trinity Fitness and the results they helped me achieve. Thank you! Pros: Friendly Staff, Great Programs, Wonderful Classes more

Not a gym; more so a zoo 2/11/2010

I attended this gym only for a short amount of time. I informed the manager of my allergic reaction to dogs. Several days after that, I noticed his 100 pound dogs running around the gym. They will invade your space at the least. Dog hair was covering the atmosphere of this gym. My allergic reactions grew and I became unable to breathe in this location. The manager's attitude with me was very unpleasant. I had informed him of my reactions and instead he would rather let his dogs play during business hours. The dogs urinate and have defacated on the floor of the gym that I noticed during my 3 week stay. This is not a gym more so a zoo. Pros: Zero Cons: Filth, Odor, Unpleasant, Attitude more

Horrible Business 2/9/2010

I asked a question online regarding the gym and not only did the question never get answered, but I got spammed from giving them my email address. When I tried to contact again to ask them to stop, the manager called me and actually INSULTED me on the phone!!!!! I will never go to this gym again. WOW. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cons: Rude, Spammers, Don't care about customers more

Best Kickboxing in ATL!!!! 12/18/2008

I really didn't know what to expect when I first visited Trinity! I've been a member for about 5 weeks and I'm glad I joined. The staff is super friendly and very helpful!! They are more of a second family to me. I really get a good workout each and every time and I'm excited about getting stronger everyday. I would defiantely recommend this club to anyone. Pros: Great Staff, Expanding into more space, Execellent program Cons: Hard to find at first more

Best kickboxing classes in Atlanta 8/16/2007

A great smaller gym with a very personal feel! I started kickboxing classes back in February and I love it! Even the most non-athletic person could start at this gym because the coaches are supportive and encouraging. They instruct you step by step and before you know it, you know how to kickbox! It's a great work out and I definitely recommend Trinity to anyone, beginners to advanced kickboxers! Pros: Personal feel, facility, classes, staff Cons: There is no sign out front, so it's hard to find your first time. more

Trinity is the answer...best fitness experience of my life! 6/13/2007

I didn't know what to expect when a friend asked me to come with her to a Kickboxing class at Trinity. I was frustrated that I had gained weight, and become so unhealthy in my 30's. It all started as an attempt to shed a few pounds...but has turned out to be so much more than that. I have now been attending the kick boxing classes for 4 months, and I have lost 2 sizes! I can't say enough great things about Trinity, Nathan, and the rest of the staff: classes are creative and fun, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, the workouts are tough but are a great way to reduce stress, and tone your ENTIRE body. This gym is so non-threatening, it almost feels like you are part of a family. There is something for everyone, and people at all fitness levels. The motivation comes easy with a program like this...I highly recommend it to anyone looking to better themselves, inside and out. Pros: Non-threatening, creative fitness, knowledgeable and supportive staff more

This Place Rocks! 1/23/2007

Trinity Fitness is an absolutely wonderful gym. State-of-the-art equipment, excellent teachers, and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere only begin to describe the many fine attributes of Trinity. At Trinity, you really are part of the family, not a cog in some corporate chain. \r \r Trinity's owner, Nathan Nowak, is not only a wonderful coach and amazing athlete -- he's also kind, generous and a lot of fun. Classes at Trinity are full of laughter as well as groans and the sounds of people gasping for breath! \r \r I've been kickboxing with Nathan for the past three years, and it's changed my life for the better. I'm stronger, more confident, and much less afraid. These days, if some oddball approaches me on the street or in a parking lot, I know I can kick my way out of danger! And if an oddball approaches me in the gym -- that's okay! He's just Nathan!\r \r But seriously, you should give this gym a try. It's fun and the workouts are excellent. Nathan and the other teachers really know their stuff, and they vary routines so classes never get boring or repetitive. Nathan offers a variety of programs tailored to individual needs and he's an excellent guide to better nutrition and weight loss.\r \r Do I seem like I'm going on forever about Trinity? I can't help myself. I've never been to a better gym!\r \r You'd be silly not to come join us!\r \r Pros: Excellent staff, challenging classes, great atmosphere more
