I am hear to sing the praises of the fabulous Joseph Barnes. Quite honestly it was the best haircut of my life. I went in there with hair halfway down my back and left with it just barely reaching my shoulders. I felt like a whole new woman ready to conquer the city! The staff waas soo welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend going to Joseph he is amazing! more

Fabulous 11/20/2005

I am extremely picky about my hair. Its long and curly and everyone seems to go chop happy around it. I've never been to a stylist more than once, either here in Nashville or in the other major cities I've lived in (DC, Boston) and stayed extensively in (LA, NYC). Brian did a wonderful job, spoke to me about what I didn't like from previous cuts with different stylists and ""talked me through it"" the entire time. The staff was friendly and attentive. It also wasn't very expensive, $60 for cut and style. And my hair is super long and curly. It actually is cheaper that what I've been charged in the past, and worth more because I've never been so satisfied than I am with Trim. As long as I live in Nashville, no one will touch my hair but Trim and Brian as long as they are around. more

Amazing Cuts! 11/18/2005

I have gone to Trim twice now, and both time have been a great experience! The staff is very nice and my stylist, Joseph, does an amazing job! The stylists definatly know what the new 'in' style is, and they do an amazing job of creating them! I highly recommend Trim! more

I have been a client of the salon for a year. I have been to three different stylists and I have loved EVERY cut and color. They educate all of their stylists, and have a standard quality that is unmatched. Ask for anyone. Pros: Customer Service more

Stephanie at Trim is great!! 11/5/2005

I am a bit different from your average guy. I am very picky about my hair. Before I met Stephanie, there had been only two people that had ever cut my hair more than twice. (neither of which is in Nashville) I found Stephanie about five years ago and have let no one else touch my hair. My hair is difficult. It grows fast, has cowlicks, and a very annoying wave. Since Shephanie has been cutting my hair I have had to spend much less time styling my hair each day (befor Stephanie 30-45min., now 5 min. tops) and I have recieved more compliments than ever. Jason and Trim ar GREAT! 10/28/2005

After calling Trim the very helpful desk guy put me in very quickly with Jason. Being from New York, this means you are usually getting a newer stylist and are taking a ""hair risk"". After meeting Jason, I found out that not only had he been doing hair for ten years, but that he was also the director of the salon. What a find! My cut is so easy and very fashionable. My husband even liked it. (wink) My color was PERFECT. Go to Trim. You will be very pleased! more

Why I love Trim 10/25/2005

I really enjoy my experience every time I visit Trim. I've been to salons before and never returned because of the extreme attitude level, but Trim's different. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Michael Higgins, my stylist, is FABULOUS, and I would highly recommend him at Trim. I've told all my friends to go there. Pros: low attitude quotient, friendly staff, flexible w/appts. i felt very comfortable not out of place some salons you go into make you feel like youre ""their problem"" or they just make you feel...different....not this one! its funky and has a wonderful atmosphere...i wanted hip new fresh look someone with an edge to give me that head turning look.they definetly do that! they take their time and dont try to rush you out i love that about them. they make me feel great everytime i leave!!! ...i've went to rachel for my brows for the past 5 years. she is amazing. quick, painless and by far the best brow tech in town...possible the best there is. I am always greeted w/ a smile and treated like I am the only one in the salon. If you haven't been to Trim yet...you owe it to yourself. more

The atmosphere and staff are @!!THE Best!!@!! But let me tell you about style & color. Trim's staff stays ahead of the 'trend' by continuing education & hair cutting classes that keep them in style before anyone else~ For Color- see Rodney B! My hair stay's very blonde most of the year (sometimes platnum), but when I needed a quick color change to burgandy-purple for a video shoot, Rodney was the most amazing color magician. He had me back to being super blonde in no time! Always fun to visit Trim; friendly scheduling, conveniently located, and they'll even summons up your favorite soda- complimentary, of course! more

I love this place. Have been to several salons in town and this place is the best! The customer service is unmatched anywhere. All the amenities are great, but what is really special about Trim is the staff. They are up on the latest before anyone even knows it is the latest look! Yet, they do not push their ideas on you, recognizing that you are the one that has to live with your hair day to day. Melanie gives fabulous cuts and neck rubs (free) and Rodney is just the best at hair color. Every client is given celebrity status. Pros: Great Music more

Have yourself a little trim 1/12/2005

Melanie is my stylist and has been for longer than either of us want to remember. I can't imagine anyone else cutting my hair. I never have to be prepared with a hairstyle I would like. It is as natural as breathing for her; she just knows. John not only takes care of the salon, but will more than take care of you and anything else you need (millionare income not required for his personal attention). Need a manicure? Hands down, see Rachel. Your polish will last forever. For color see Calli-an artist! You may schedule your appt. over the phone with Tom. A pleasure to talk to and see each time you visit. Bottom line- I can't tell you how many people over the years have stopped me in all kinds of places to ask where I get my hair cut. The answer- Give yourself a little TRIM!
