Triad Real Estate School 1/4/2010

I thought the overall presentation informative but the tests are very tricky. The last test is near impossible to pass given the amount of time you need to learn the material, and the trickyness of the questions. I wondered if the last test was not geared towards making people repeat the course for the $100.00 retake fee due to the poor economy and the lack of interest in R.E. sales at present. more

Gam Bates / Class to get Real Estate License 8/6/2005

I took the class to get a Real Estate Salesperson License taught by Gam Bates, and also the Real Estate Broker class taught by Gam Bates. He mispronounces a lot of words, and he does a lot of reading during class, but he knows the material very well and he knows what to teach you to help you pass the test. He has a reasonably good success rate, and I passed the Real Estate exam on the first try. I would definitely recommend his class if you're looking to get your Real Estate License.
