Went in to sell 3 slabbed (professionally graded) coins. The guy behind the counter acted like he was doing me a favor by getting out one reference (the grey sheet) and acted as if that were the only means to value a coin. I mentioned eBay and was told that those are not realistic prices. The values he presented were much lower than I anticipated-way lower-almost laughable. Much less than I paid 15 years ago? Not the way to impress and he would not negotiate any price. Won't be going back any time soon which is too bad since I have quite a few coins. With customer service like it's a wonder they are still in business!
