Worst

My husband took our Yard Machine to Tri-State Lawn Equipment Inc. (TSLEI) Wednesday, April 21, 2010 to have the pull cord replaced on our 1 year old lawn mower.

I've been a constant customer of TSLEI for about 5 years and what keeps me coming back is the friendly and competent service. They not only replace what I need replaced, they show me how to do it if it's something simple enough. And if something isn't working properly, they go out of their way to find out why. Also, they've NEVER been condescending to me simply because I'm a woman, which is a HUGE plus in my book. I love this place! :) more

Manager is an idiot. Other gentleman behind the counter is rude. Been in a few times and there are always a bunch of guys sitting around making noise and interrupting the service. Not that the service would be good anyway, but even worse with ""hecklers"" in the background. Would not recommend! more

I went to Tri-State Lawn Equipment to get my boyfriend's chainsaw blades shapened, the counter guy Kyle was very friendly and knew alot about chainsaws. He gave me some great ideas for gifts since it was around the holidays when i stopped in. Service was fast and the price is reasonable. I would recommened this place to everyone! I won't go anywhere else! P.S. my boyfriend loved his new chainsaw :)!!!!!!! Thanks Tri-State more

Tri-State Lawn Equipment Incorporated 4/19/2008

The very first time I was there I was treated with friendly and fast service and I was only there to have my blade sharpened and he knew right away because I was holding my blade. The second time I was there for the same reason and I was treated with the same fast and curteous service. The last time was eceptional in that the doors to there store were locked but a guy from the garage came out and helped me. My mowers pull string was broken in the turning wheel. more
