Transmissions Plus performs quality work by knowledgeable trustworthy mechanics! My family takes all of our vehicles to Transmissions Plus because we know that they perform QUALITY workmanship. In the end, that is what is most important. The owners have personally driven me home after dropping off my car, talk about great customer service! They always answer any questions that we may have. I trust their recommendations regarding repair work. For instance, my daughter had an older used car, it broke down and was in need of some major repair work and they were honest enough to say ""Hey, the car isn't worth enough to put all of this money into."" And they were right, it was time to purchase a new car for her. A lot of shops would not have been so forthcoming. In addition to their superior mechanical work, the owners are very active within our community and support several charities that directly benefit & give back to our local community. My three year warranty on their work had just expired. My trany was slipping and they fixed and didn't charge me anything. This problem was not related to their earlier work, yet they took care of me. I highly recommend these folks. more

This is by far the worst auto repair shop in the mason county area,if there was a rating of negative stars i would of given them that, Transmission plus is so over priced and there customer service is equal to nothing because they dont care about the customer, I also own a buisness in mason county so i like to shop local and keep small buisnesses going but i would drive to any other transmission shop out of town just to not do buisness with this company, tell all your friends to stay away. more
