I have refrained from writing this for quite some time hoping that service at Tractors would improve. It has not. This week I actually timed my visit. It took me 9 minutes just be recognized. After I ordered my beverage it was not given to me until my order came - almost 24 MINUTES later. I tried time and time again to waive to the flag down the waitress, but could not get her attention. I finally told another waitress I believed MY waitress had forgotten me, and she replied ""no she hasn't"" but apparently said nothing to my waitress. It is impossible to get in-and-out at lunch (even early at 11AM). When I call orders in to pick-up I am told ""they're working on your order now"", when I have given them ample time (they told me 20 minutes) to have my order ready. The food is very good, and there are very few restaurants in Jackson that are not chains or fast food. These are the ONLY reason I go. So PLEASE train your waitresses. The diner may be happy the waitress is attractive, but if she is a lousy waitress it does no good.
