I received great service last week and special thanks to John Parker. He made a stressful and expensive repair much easier ( I have been on crutches from a badly spianed ankle so it wasn't just my car that was gimpy). He went out of his way to make things easier for me and was really accommodating. I have never had a bad service experience with your organization and you have earned my trust with your exceptional, courteous staff - who also have a sense of humor, which cannot be under estimated. I have, and will continue to recommend your dealership to my family and friends - it's not U-Tube, but I think word of mouth is still the best advertising you can get.
