Lack of Haggling/Games 12/29/2010

While the location of the dealership can be a bit tricky for people who don't live in the city (and aren't used to all the one-way streets), my experience was worth it. While other dealerships were overwhelming and sometimes very stressful, the Seattle one was relaxed and friendly. I have already told several people about my positive experience there. more

LOVED that they found the EXACT vehicle specifications I wanted! even though it was at another lot, and had it delivered the next day, LOVED the full tank of gas! LOVED the donuts from Top Pot! LOVED the service guy who carried and installed my floor mats! more

Very Pleased with Experience 12/27/2010

We liked that our salesperson and the staff at the dealership. It's not very often that you find a dealership that doesn't feel... for lack of better words, slimy and deceptive to the customer. We were able to go over all the paperwork line by line with them while working out a comfortable deal that fit what we were looking for. more

Rhonda made sure that EVERYTHING was the way it was portrayed prior to me picking up the vehicle and going the extra mile to see that I was satisfied. What I was quoted was what I paid for. At no point did the price vary and there was no pressure to add costly features and such. I was very satisfied with the experience. more

Excellent Across The Board 12/20/2010

Rhonda provided great training during the test-drive and when I took delivery of the car. I got the deal I wanted with no hassles and got exactly the car I wanted. Quick and efficient and worked with my wife and I to secure separate signatures on paperwork without a big hassle or holding up taking delivery of the vehicle. This was about as perfect an experience as I could have hoped for! more

Downtown dealership, not that great 10/8/2005

I encountered this dealership in my quest to find an inexpensive reliable used car. This place has a large selection of vehicles, used and new, and is conveniently located in downtown Seattle, but I did not find the staff to be the best. While my sales guy was very friendly, I felt that they didn't take me seriously and weren't very accomodating. It could just have been me but I had a much better experience at the Honda of Seattle dealership, which has the same owner. They have lots of Scions and Corrollas, plus a variety of other used cars (Echo, some VWs, etc). more

Good but expensive service 7/27/2005

While I love my Camry, service for it tends to be on the expensive side at Toyota of Seattle. I feel comfortable taking my car to an authorized Toyota dealer/servicer, but it seems that even a routine oil change or checkup results in other "needed" services that end up costing several hundred dollars more. Not that I doubt that these services were needed, but if you're not an expert in car maintenance and repair, you can't help but to wonder... more
