Ripoff... Take your car some place else. Took my Prius in for a recall part replacement that I was told would be no change. They called me offering additional $1000 of work needed. When I said No to the fixes they the double charged my card for a $50 service fee. Made multiple call asking to have the fee waved but they would not. They also left bolts out when they put the flange back on and didn't restore the battery cover in side the call. just left it all open. Then the $50 inspection I was forced to pay wasn't even complete. Several blanks left on the checklist. Not Happy at all. They called as a follow up after the car was picked up to argue about why they have to charge me the $50 fee. Still waiting for a call back...... more

Best Customer Service Department Ever! 3/6/2012

We bought a used 2007 Highlander from Pat Lobb McKinney in 2010. Car has been performing fine, but couple weeks ago the alternator went out. Luckily we purchased the Toyota Care package. They towed us FREE to dealership. While there, technician discovered water pump was also bad. They replaced alternator, water pump (and new battery that we provided) all for FREE (well, all was covered under warranty except battery, but they didn't even charge us labor on that).\r We were just impressed that they were able to get to the car on such last minute notice. James Pecor (Service tech) was very helpful in explaining what was going on. A sales person rang me on the Monday to ensure we were happy with the service we received and I received a call to confirm that it was ok to email me a questionnaire. I absolutely LOVE this dealership and I most certainly would recommend them as a place to buy a car as well as have your car serviced. \r more

Safety Inspection? 9/19/2011

Definitely giving Toyota a bad name. We bought a 2008 Mazda3 a few weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with the service. It supposedly passed a rigorous safety inspection, but I'm really not sure how. I'm so grateful that I'm the only one driving it and it's not a family car yet. An alignment and two shot tires later (after three weeks!) Apparently it was brought back after a run in and never reinspected. YIKES!!! While that's the biggest thing, not getting a spare key, getting the car with shredded windshield wipers and a quarter tank of gas leave a very lemony taste in our mouths. The sales rep was great until we called about the issues and then said that it ""Wasn't in the paper work,"" even though we were supposed to be getting a ""like new car."" The things you learn from getting screwed. At least now I know how to spot a needed alignment on a car that doesn't pull. more

A Pathetic Excuse for a Dealership 9/7/2011

I would rather piss glass than ever step foot back in this dealership again. The salesman was ignorant and rude, the manager treated me as if I were a burden, and the overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unpleasant. Save your time and money and go to another dealership because this place is a joke. You would never know by their attitude towards customers that they were in a customer service driven industry. more

This is the most unprofessional place. It is hard enough to find good & honest dealer, perhaps an oxymoron, but Toyota of Plano wins the medal for being nefarious. This is business and in business the one who offers the better deal wins, and all that Toyota of Plano has to do is either match or not and then move on. Instead, their childish and unprofessionalism manifest itself in their message left into my voicemail. They go on to leave a lecture on how it was wrong for me to shop around for a better deal. Honestly, if you can't handle the haggling process of any business, then you are in the wrong profession. STAY AWAY!!!! more

Our salesman called to make sure we were satisfied and offered for us to contact him if we had any questions or needed anything. I thought that was a very nice gesture. It just proves to show that this dealership has trained its employees to go above and beyond that call of standard customer service. more

I loved the WIFI. It made me able to log in and work with my laptop while I waited. It was like I did not even miss any work. They also made an appointment for me so I had a general times and idea on how long it would take to get things finished. They also cleaned my car for me which was a bonus! more

Toyota Plano performed an excellent work to fix a problem due to an unexpected oil leaking. The manager did a great job to made sure I am totally satisfied with the work and I still consider they the best Toyota dealership in town. more

Not only do they go well above what one would expect when addressing the issues at hand each visit, he is extremely friendly and efficient. Tim O’Grady is the reason we purchased the Highlander through Toyota of Plano. He did an excellent job sharing the features of the vehicle and making my wife feel comfortable. It came down to 3 vehicles and he helped answer all our questions. I received excellent customer service. I work in the customer service business and I was extremely impressed by the quality of service. I have always heard good things about Toyota and this dealership far exceeded my expectations. more

Knowledgeable and caring Toyota Service representatives. They quickly identified the problem, provided us with an estimate, then completed the appropriate repairs. Our Toyota Camry was purchased at this dealership and we have had all of the service completed here which explains why our car is still running great at 190,000 miles on the odometer! never had a bad experience in the last 5 years 10/6/2010

I have never had a bad experience in the last 5 years going to Toyota of Plano. I like that an overall inspection is done every time I bring in the vehicle for an oil change or maintenance checkup. That way, I can have the problem repaired while I am there and won’t have any unexpected surprises when I am on the road by myself. Excellent job on the overall performance! more

We had brought our car in to be serviced with George. It was some kind of clicking that I just didn’t feel comfortable with, thought maybe it was something to do with the tires. I took it to another dealership before them and I paid them to have so called fixed the problem but the fix only turned out to be temporary. The staff at Toyota of Plano took their time diagnosing the problem and then replaced the defective parts. They shuttled me to work that morning and it was all done by the time I got off. The price was decent and the best part is its fixed permantley. Its been a couple months now and I have heard so much as a peep out of my vehicle. Thanks so much for caring! more

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP , NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED 8/2/2010

I have seen lots of bad reviews about Toyota of plano but still made a mistake of trying them., i can confirm that all those bad reviews are for real , i experienced the same. The staff is very unfriendly and rude to say the least. The director , his name is Kia tops the list for ppl with disgusting behaviour..i have seen other dealerships and their bad behaviour but this one is the worst.. spare some time and go elsewhere. donot even try them Pros: can;t think of much Cons: plenty of them. rude and unfriendly bunch of folks more

I have been dealing with Toyota of Plano for the last 3 years and have been very pleased. We bought a new '08 Tundra from them and we love the truck and the service they deliver. In fact, we are planning on buying another Tundra from them in the next 12 months. I have dealt with quite a few dealerships and I think these guys are one of the best.
