I had a noon appointment on 4/17/10 to install four tires and to have a front end alignment at your Shrewsbury, MA store. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment and this after the fact that I had originally made an appointment for 4/2/10 but the tires I ordered were not available and they would have to be ordered. I was told that they would arrive at the store on 4/14. 4/17 was the first Saturday that I was available to have these installed. At the store, I was told that it would take three hours! Three hours to install four tires and get an alignment? What happens if someone does not have an appointment? There was another woman there with an appointment whose car was not done after three hours and she too was angry. I left, called back at 3:00pm and was told that it was not done and it was in line. I had to ask the guy how much longer because it had been there for three hours already. He did not have enough common sense to tell me from the beginning when it would be done. I received a call at 3:30pm that my car was done. I arrived back at your store at 3:40pm. There someone told me that I needed a rear end alignment and that would be $49.95 but they could not do it the same day because they were closing at 4:00pm. I would have to bring it back and it would cost me $69.95. Are you kidding me? Why did they not call me when the car was being aligned to tell me that the rear end needed to be done? I would have said yes. Instead, they tell me that I needed it but they cannot do it the same day and it is going to cost me more. So now I am supposed to drop off my car and wait another three hours for terrible service?
