I was recently in Atlantic City and noticed my Raymond Weil watch was jumping 5 seconds at a time. I found the Tourneau store in the Pier Shops at Caesar's. They said they would repair the watch in about 30 minutes. I left it with them and returned in an hour and was told they just had to replace the battery - which they did - and charged me $25 plus tax. I left a happy man - for about 8 hours, when the watch quit altogether. As the salesman had tried to get me to trade it in on a newer watch, it makes you wonder what they actually did to the watch.

Cons: One of the biggest disappointments in the world.
