i am not a good runner so the fast runners including the trainer left me behind... they were no where in sit. Pros: they are good runners

I did the spring tri training program and it was awesome! I think any woman that is looking to do a triathlon should sign up for the Tough Cookie tri training program. There were people at all different levels there from beginner to advanced. Its a great team to be a part of and I finally learned how to swim longer then 25 meters. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging! I know I'm hooked! more
