I made an appointment with Total Tub Solutions several days in advance. My appointment was at 4:30. At 2:00, I received a call from them saying that they couldn't make the appointment and asked if we could do it at 2:30. I hurredly left the office, taking two hours vacation time. The lady from Total Tub (I believe a co-owner) showed up with her kid in tow, which in retrospect, should have set off a warning signal. We spent going over a number of concepts for my bathroom renovation. She said she'd work up some prices and get back in a day or two. That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard a word. Even if business is that good out there, I would at least expect a courtesy call...or something. Certainly not the way to run a business in my book.....
