The first piece of tuna sushi I got at Torajiro surprised me. It was easily the best, freshed piece of fish I had ever gotten, and the single portion was enough to make another 2 pieces. The food is simply fantastic. The service is always attentive, and if you get even a little weary of the ""wear black"" scene, you should get in here. The food is just as good as the ultra-fashionable places around Chicago, and it's not a chore to get in, get stuffed, and get out. Prices are moderate, and the head chef, Peter, is a delightful person who will get to know you by face and even name if you get in there enough. This is a nice place where a customer is treated comforably and nicely in every way. Frequent this cool little joint. You'll be happy.
Pros: Quiet, Good Value, Excellent Food
Cons: Challenging Parking
